[okl4-developer] assign PCI devices to windows and linux

Hi, I'm looking for a way to run Windows and Linux on the same desktop
computer, and assign some PCI device to Linux and some other to Windows
without develop new drivers. I'm not doing embedded stuff, but I think maybe
OKL4 can do what I want to do anyway.
