Not sure of a wireless router, but you might want to have a look at
Gernot's UNSW Advanced OS Course project at
http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~cs9242/08/project/. The project involves
running OKL4 on a Linksys NSLU2 ("Slug") device, which includes an Intel
IXP420 network processor.
