[okl4-developer] where is the patch "poky-linux.patch" mentioned in the tutorial "tut-sdk-linux.pdf"

According some internet publications (for ex.
http://www.virtualization.info/2009/01/citrix-invests-in-open-kernel-labs.html)
It seems to me that OKL now preparing to become the part of the citrix.
So it could be official position of citrix.
