[okl4-developer] where is the patch "poky-linux.patch" mentioned in the tutorial "tut-sdk-linux.pdf"

Actualy this is a good question! The Poky linux patch seems to have been
removed because it "tainted" the Linux kernel which seems to imply that the
licenses are not fully compatible (???).

Is there an official position from OK-Lab on the "compatibility" (past,
present, future) of linux with OKL4?
