[okl4-developer] Porting okl4 to sh7780

Hi,

Let me announce that we ported okl4 3.0 to SH7780, a RISC processor
made by Renesas.  You can download the patch at
http://www.dcl.info.waseda.ac.jp/~ishikawa/okl4.html.

The current implementation passes the ktest project.  We haven't
tested the other projects yet.
