Please try passing PYFREEZE=False to the build command line. This
should prevent the build system from trying to build a binary
copy of elfweaver and elfadorn.
By the way, I would encourage you to have a look at the SDK if you
haven't already. The SDK offers are more flexible building
for OKL4 developers, which should avoid issues such as these.
