[okl4-developer] okl4 3.0 CPU platforms

Okl4 3.0 supports only ARM9, ARM11 and XScale CPU, but not ARM7 or IA32. Am I
right?
I do not see ia32 directory in arch, but 8550 driver (and some other pc
specific code) still there.
