[okl4-developer] Unable to find package: libs/gstreamer when build example=posix

Hi, all. 

I have some problems when started building the okl4.
I follow the guide http://wiki.ok-labs.com/BuildingAndSimulating
first 
./tools/build.py machine=ia32_pc99 project=l4test , it can build successfully.
and also
./tools/build.py machine=ia32_pc99 project=iguana example=dining_philosophers works well.

But when i tried 
./tools/build.py machine=ia32_pc99 project=iguana example=posix example_env=posix
always got this error
tools/build.py:932  Unable to find package: libs/gstreamer.

and tried test_libs
 ./tools/build.py machine=ia32_pc99 project=iguana test_libs=all simulate
always get this 
tools/build.py:2959 Error: local variable 'x' referenced before assignment

Is anyone could tell me why?
