gcc comes with a libstdc++, alternatively The Apache Software
Foundation offers a libstdc++ (http://stdcxx.apache.org/) but
I haven't actually tried this.

The first step would be to get a libstdc++ compiling and linking
with the OKL4 libraries running on the OKL4 kernel.
