I'm not sure why this example is not included in the SDK.  However,
your point about the missing sample code in the SDK for
the relevant APIs is noted.  Thanks for the report concering
okl4_pd_attr_setconstructrootpd() - we'll make a note of that
if the pd_zones example is actually released as official sample
code on the SDK.
