The vmalloc space on OK Linux is configured at build time.

In release prior to 3.0 it is done in projects/iguana/SConstruct,
search for vmalloc.

In the 3.0 release it is done in cells/linux/SConscript.  In both
cases the values are written out to weaver.xml.
