I did mess with the build-system and broke that. Starting off with a
clean version the resulting image again works in Qemu but not on 3
different test machines. I see the output on the vga console but the
keyboard wont work.
It says "Please press Enter to activate this console." but it does not
respond to keystrokes. On Qemu however it works as expected.
