[okl4-developer] where can i find a manual of L4 kernel API version 4 ?

Thank you for that partial clarification. 

Based on your reply, would it be correct to say:

1) The API for the Pistachio branch is frozen and is at the end of development, including maintenance and bug fixes?

2) The API for OKL4 development which originally followed Pistachio has now diverged enough that developers should
    make a decision whether to migrate to OKL4?

3) That further processor architecture support will occur only on the OKL4 development branch?

They won't. OKL4, while a descendent of Pistachio, is an independent
system now. I think it's fair to say that any API development on
L4Ka::Pistachio is minimal at the moment, while OKL4 is evolving
rapidly. Its present (and past) API is well-documented on
okl4.org.

There are no plans of merging the two together.
