It depends on what you mean by server.  In some certain instances,
it may be possible to get the thread identifier, but there exists
no user API to get what threads are currently running on the system.

Are you trying to solve a specific problem here that you think
involves needing to know the thread identifier?  Can you tell us
what the problem is?
