[okl4-developer] Iguana server manager ?

Hi!

 I want to add new server. 
 Function of new server is ISM[ Iguana server manager]. 
 For example, ISM server display loaded server list at current system.
 Follow as : 
 ----------  Iguana Server List  -----------
Server name     info[1]   info[2]   info[3]    
[1] naming          -              -           -
[2] serial             -              -           - 
[3] timer              -              -           -

What can i use for realization of these things?
