L4 on Blackfin or other MPU-only processor is doable, in fact has been done (http://www.disy.cse.unsw.edu.au/theses_public/06/clarenced.abstract). There'll eventually be OKL4 on some such processors, but can't say when this might be, so don't hold your breath. Gernot
