[okl4-developer] OKL4 on iMX27 LITEKIT

Hi,

You are always welcome to write your own port!

First, download the latest release of OKL4 from http://portal.ok-labs.com

After extracting the code archive, there are 3 directories that are  
most relevant to you initially:

  a) ./platform/ -> contains a list of supported system-on-chips.   
iMX27 would belong here.

  b) ./arch/ -> contains a list of supported CPU architectures.  ARM  
is well supported in OKL4, so hopefully you don't need to make any  
changes.  But you know where to look if you do need to make changes.

  c) ./drivers -> you'll need to implement at least the serial driver  
to get console output.

The README file contains all the information you need to get started  
on currently supported platforms, including instructions for how to  
run OKL4 on a simulator.

Finally, a 1-hour-long video presentation on how to port OKL4 to a new  
platform:
