Sorry if you didn't receive my previous reply. The first thing I wanted to
check was where you modified the projects/iguana/SConstruct file to add your
application. Could you make sure your modifications haven't accidentally
been nested underneath the "do_wombat" case (between lines 629 and 791).
Sometimes the whitespace significance in Python can cause unintended
indenting.

If you could check that and let us know, we'll be able to help you further.
