[okl4-developer] how to generate the [name]_client.h ?

Let's check a simple possible cause of this problem before delving deeper:
where in the project/iguana/SConstruct file have you defined iguana_cwave?
Would you be able to confirm that it's not accidentally nested underneath
the "do_wombat" case (between lines 629 and 791).
