[okl4-developer] minor problem on OKLINUX with serial

I compiled again, but for machine ia32_pc99, and started qemu with nographic
and serial. It wroks better, yet not perfet (some backspace problem, and a
few other hits. nothing to compare to previous compilation. lets says about
<50% hits are ignored)
Your solution is not tried yet. Was it only to be added in pc99_vga or for
all?
