Hi Antonin

The vga and fb targets only make sense when compiling with OK Linux,
it adds vga and fb support to OK Linux.  The build system does, however,
switch grub to a non-serial configuration when compiled with vga or
fb.

I'll have a look at this when I get into the office later on, in the
meantime you can use the serial configuration if you are not building
with OK Linux as it doesn't actually do anything unless you use 
OK Linux.
