Could you please provide a log of the failure message you're seeing?   
Also please elaborate on what you're doing on OKL4 that leads to this  
message.

I'm assuming you're using release 1.5.2, if not please specify what  
version you're using.

Have you been defining any IPC security restrictions using  
L4_SecurityControl()?
