The pal is high resolution: 768x576

This is probably best if you have the bandwidth.

The cif is lower resolution: 352x288

Smaller file, but harder to read text on the screen.

The ogg is free ogg container format encoded in Vorbis/Theora.
The mov is Quicktime container format encoded in H.264/AAC.

The H.264 seems to be slightly clearer, so is probably the best
option if you have those codecs available to you.

Please note: I'm still working on getting the exact code I used for
this tutorial up and available, so you might want to hold off until
then.
