[okl4-developer] OKL4 v2.1: Support of ARM Thumb instruction set

Hello

If I got it right, then OKL4 for ARM platforms is not compiled for the
Thumb instruction set. Using Thumb would compress the code by roughly on
third. Is there a specific reason why it is not used? Of course, one
thing which has to be considered is that the processor switches to ARM
instruction set on certain events, so code linked to these events has to
be compiled accordingly.

Regards

Frank
