[okl4-developer] Mplayer on Wombat Howto

Hi all,

I finally documented some old work : getting the frame buffer and Mplayer 
working in Wombat.
This was done with v2.1 release and covers :
- Activating the frame buffer on pc99 arch by creating a direct mapping and 
the Linux fb drivers
- Activating the frame buffer on gta01 by using vlcd and updating the Linux 
stub. 
- Getting Mplayer within OKL4 framework.

I am pretty sure this still need some edits and updates so feel free to 
contribute. However this may be useful to some people as it is.

I think the most important thing that needs to be done is verify that the 
information is up to date regarding the latest release.
