[okl4-developer] Add language support to Magpie

Hi,

I'd like to use another language than C/C++ for writing programs to  
run on top of OKL4. How can I add support for another language to  
Magpie, so I can still have code generation for IPC? (And eventually  
even have compatible interfaces when server and client are in a  
different language.)
