Let me clarify my previous email.

At the moment, the IO bitmap is set to 1 for all TSS'es, thus IO ports  
are accessible by all user threads.  We intend to fix this soon, and  
are currently exploring whether we'll adopt the IO-Fpages model or  
some other model for conveying access rights to OKL4.
