Hi all,
I wonder if the okl4 micro-kernel can garanty CPU isolation between cells ?
and if the answer is yes, how ?
In order to illustrate this question I have made a simple test based
on the cross-cell-demo example.
The principle is just to comment the body of the infinite while loop
located in the main function of the decrypt cell.
This modification results to a 100% CPU usage of the decrypt cell...
and the ok linux cells is then unable to boot correctly....
So my question is simply to know how OKL4 can deal with CPU usage partitioning
in order to avoid deadlock situations when untrusted code is encapsulated in
a cell ?...
Thanks in advance for your answers,
Hugues Balp.
