[okl4-developer] Need help on http://portal.ok-labs.com/contrib/oklinuxVM_2.1.tgz

Hi 
I have downloaded the file from link http://portal.ok-labs.com/contrib/oklinuxVM_2.1.tgz 
and extracted it its an 4GB file without any extention.
I do not know how to open that file or use it.
I was under impression that its and ubuntu.ISO image or something like that with precompiler gcc .
 
Can somebody let me know how to use this file.
