That was exactly what I thought some time ago. The crash is an
"segmentation fault" of qemu (nothing else said). So my next step was to
bring the kernel on the real hardware (my gta01) and see what would
happen there...

Surprise surprise - I've read this number a few days before. Rémy just
had the same problem with his cpu... And a big thank you to him, you,
Frank and Matt for solving this problem. I did not try Matt's patch out
yet, but after I objdump the image, I saw the clzeq operation, so my
problem looks quite similar. I'll try the patch and hope this solves all
my problems.
