[okl4-developer] Message registers

Hi,

In performing IPC between threads, upon putting the relevant data in  
the message registers before sending the IPC message, can it be  
guaranteed that the receiving thread will actually get the correct  
values.  The reason that i ask is that in putting values in some of  
the message registers, the receiving thread does not end up getting  
those values.
