Hi Anping,

ia32_pc99, ia32_pc99_vga and ia32_pc99_fb use three different  
linux .config files for building ok linux.  They configure ok linux to  
use a serial console, vga console or fb console respectively.  There  
is no cmdline config option to force KDB to send debug output to  
anything other than serial from memory.  The different machine targets  
only affect ok linux.
