Hi Tomohiro,

Programs are initialised in the order that they appear in the file
build/weaver.xml, and this should correspond to their order in the apps
list in projects/iguana/SConstruct.  However, there is no in-built
co-ordination between the programs once they've started so it is quite
possible that the scheduler is running things differently.

What behaviour are you seeing?
