[okl4-developer] Linux kernel 2.6.18 port to L4 and tpm driver

Jorge is correct, we don't have a 2.6.18 port available, but it should
not be that difficult to merge up from thre released 2.6.10. (Assuming
you have knowledge in Linux internals)
