[okl4-developer] Missing Descriptions of 2 Thread States in Section A-2.1 of Okl4-progmanual.pdf

Hi, 

 

In section A-2.1 Thread State of OKL4-progmanual, it reads "At a given point
in time, the state of a thread may be captured by one of ten distinct thread
states."  But there are only 8 states are mentioned in this section.  I was
quite confused until I found the rest 2 states (UnknownState and Dead) in
section A-6.35 ThreadState.  I understand why these two states are not
mentioned in A-2.1 but would it be better to add them from the perspective
of document completeness?
