[Developer] okl4 bazaar

Hi everyone,

I'm at this moment downloading the OKL4 from:
http://portal.ok-labs.com/_assets/downloads/okl4_release_1.4.1.1.tar.gz

And I wonder, is there a bazaar repository for the OKL4 + iguana + Wombat,
such as NICTA's iguana-project--devel-**?
I remember some time ago an email about licencing, but OKL4 release wasn't
out yet, Does the OKL4 remains OZPLB or BSD like?
